I have recently purchased an Epson et 2802 printer and I have been trying to reset the counter for the ink levels but it doesn't seem to be working. I have followed all the instructions provided online but still no luck. Has anyone else experienced this issue with their Epson printer? Can someone please provide some guidance or tips on how to successfully reset the counter on the Epson et 2802? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
