Epson et 2823 service required windows 10

I recently purchased an Epson ET-2823 printer and connected it to my Windows 10 computer. However, I keep getting a service required error message whenever I try to print something. I have tried restarting the printer and computer, as well as reinstalling the drivers, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this problem with their Epson ET-2823 printer on Windows 10? Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
