I am having trouble resetting the counter on my Epson ET 1816 printer. I have tried following all the instructions online, but it still doesn't seem to be working. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to properly reset the counter? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
