Epson xp 65 resetter offline windows 10

Hi everyone,

I'm currently having trouble with my Epson XP 65 resetter on Windows 10. The software seems to be offline and I can't seem to reset my printer properly. Has anyone else experienced this issue or know how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
